Privacy policy

Nxtwise IT Private Limited (“Nxtwise”, “we”) operates Bloom. This policy explains what personal data Bloom processes, why, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and password (passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are never visible to Nxtwise staff).
• Profile data you add: phone number, headline, bio and portfolio projects.
• Learning records: enrollments, lesson progress, video watch position and watched time, assignment submissions, assessment attempts and certificates.
• Support data: tickets, messages and files you attach.
• Contact form data: name, email, optional phone and your message.

How we use data

• To provide courses, track progress, grade assessments, review assignments and issue certificates.
• To provide support and respond to enquiries.
• To keep the platform secure, including preventing abuse and investigating misuse.

Service providers

Bloom uses Google Firebase (authentication, database and file storage), Bunny.net Stream (video delivery) and Vercel (website hosting). These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.

Certificate verification

Anyone with a certificate ID can verify it on the Bloom website. The verification page shows only the recipient name, course title, issue date and status printed on the certificate.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and learning records while your account is active and as needed to issue and verify certificates. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to support@nxtwise.com.
